Extrator chimney
Yeah, but I've just realised it could be a bit to big for a restaurant/takeaway....maybe it's a drycleaners? Any other type of retail/processing establishment that needs this type of extractor vent?

The take away in this photo is at 114 Blackburn road, on the same block as the Imperial pub. The side of the building on the far left of the photo is King Street Surgery.

It's the wall to the front left of the picture, if it's not King Street surgery then it's next door to it.
