Sorry should have said I don't like the coffee taste in anyway shape or form. I've always liked lemon or lime to de-sweeten things, but still find some things too sweet with them added.

I drink lots of coffee - I am technically addicted to the stuff.
I now understand why
Coffee is Good For You
It enhances the effect of the paracetemol I have to use for osteoarthritic pain. (rosehips are said to be good for osteoarthritis pain too - recently started use - but like any natural remedy, it takes time to feel the effects)

Margaret, Have you tried rubbing olbas oil on the affected joints. I've found it to be very good with my arthritis and it's all natural. You can also get the olbas bath lotion. Not as strong an affect, but still good.

I have Olbas for inhalation, but use Comfrey for application to skin. After reading your post I found this on the web--

"What is Olbas Oil used for?
Olbas Oil is a blend of pure plant oils for the relief of bronchial and nasal congestion, hayfever and minor infections of the respiratory tract by inhalation. Olbas Oil also relieves the symptoms of muscular pain and stiffness including backache, sciatica, lumbago, fibrositis and rheumatic pain by application to the skin."

My neck and shoulders are worst and the Olbas smell is much stronger than Comfrey, but I will certainlly give it a try - thanks

PS sorry mods for getting off topic a bit

There are lots of different flavours of Sambuca, original, Black Sambuca (tastes like blackjack sweets!), Raspberry Sambuca, Mandarin Sambuca, Apple Sambuca.....most of which we sell in The Crown.....get yourself down to have a try!

Personally I'd recommend a Raspberry Sambuca Spritzer over ice......sweet and very tasty :)

Like the sound of that Black Sambuca and the Apple. Might just mosey on down there one evening.
