I chose gingerwilliam as a screen name because my young son is a carrot top and - you've guessed it - he's called William.
I can see how your suspicions would have been aroused, but I live in Aberdeen and I've never shopped on Ebay in my life - let alone sold anything on it!
This is a great web site and I stumbled on it by chance. I intend to keep popping in - it's just so full of good stuff. I also believe in keeping forums "clean" and if the administrators would prefer to delete my previous threads - that's fine.

I apologise for the case of mistaken identity.
I am relieved you are not a spammer -we have been hassled and even sabotaged in the past -so I hope my apology and explanation is acceptable to you

Whew! Many thanks - didn't want to be branded an undesirable!!:)
Has anyone had any joy with those ball things that go in the washing machine? Is there anything inside - or are they just plastic balls? Or what?
Weird! We'll all be on the river side in a minute banging our laundry on a rock!!

Re: Soapnuts

There are 2 sorts of washballs - one sort are solid plastic and the other has a hollow interior filled with a laundry product.
I have tried both.
The solid ones last forever but still need use of a laundry product but half as much, and are very noisy in use.
The hollow ones wear out as the contents dissolve and need replacement - less hassle than conventional laundry products.
I prefer my soap nuts.
