My mum gave up trying to teach me to cook and bake when i was a kid .. i was hopeless... though i did master the basics when looking after her. Tis a good job spuggie can cook!!!!:D:D:D

Nice easy T Cake !!!!!
1mug of sugar
1mug of dried fruit
1mug cold stewed tea
2 mugs of s/r flour
2oz marg thereabouts
2 eggs
mixed spice or cinnamon or nutmeg

add tea, fruit, marg and sugar in a saucepan and heat on slow heat to melt the sugar. beat it, add the flour and spice beat it. add eggs and beat. pour into a shallow container and bake in the oven around 20 /25 minutes till firm to touch. comes out shiney and spicey mmmmmmmmmmmmmm serve hot or cold as a pud or a cake
