cheers Chelle, just off on the bus to Accy with my sis, so i'll have a look, i just hope she doesnt witter away in my ear like she did last week or i'm likely to throw up all over her

Tis me that 's the student homeopath.... there is a remedy called "cocculus" it is very effective for any kind of nausea.... travel, pregnancy and good too for jet lag....

in the end i bought some travel bands, cant figure out if they work or not yet though, i probably had them on wrong

you put the blob thingy to the inside of your wrist shaz its to go on the pressure point in the middle . im glad you got some instead of having to take more pills .....mez

thanx Mary....mi sister said i have to put them on my pulse point.....i must have been dead at the time cos i couldnt find it :D

I suffer from travel sickness :(, the way i do it is to watch in front of you and dont take ya eyes off the road, otherwise ......:s_sick:
