When you pull the drawer out, on the top of it is there a little sprung bit of plastic?

It adjusts the angle of the spray.

I had that on a washer years back.

WARNING! If you have & your going to move it, for gods sake do a little drawing of how it was beforehand or mark the position with a permanent pen.
When I moved mine it was never right afterwards - lol

I know what you mean but this one isn't like that, its just a series of holes above the drawer, about a dozen of them, water comes out of different holes depending on what cycle the washers on, nothing to stop it splashing or anything, just goes straight into 1 of 3 compartments

Thing is when the machine (about 3 week old) is running and it goes onto the conditioner cycle it spills water out of the drawer,

I think you have a flow problem. I had a similar problem and only open the washer tap a very small amount. This reduced the flow and stopped it coming out of the drawer.

Can I ask what make and model it is?
They state the machine can take 10 bar, if my pressure is less than that then the machine has a flow problem and they'll be taking it back - watch this space :D

It is one of the 9kg Hoover models. I just found it ran fine with the washer tap partly open. To be honest I can't remember if it was this one or the one before that did not like the washer tap fully open. It never made a difference to how it performed though.

Have you tried it yet?

Not same as ours then, that would have give me some bullets to fire if it was :D

No I haven't tried it to be honest, I'll try the drawer 1st when it comes, might even let them come out to it and they can try it - shouldn't need to do it really should I :D
