Very true Pipin, a full blown Asthma attack can kill within minutes, I've had enough near misses to know, it only takes the blink of an eyelid for an asthmatic to become Hypoxic and lose consciousness

not really been THAT bad since last year when i ended up going to the G.P unit, checked my peak flow and it's just under 300 so not that bad, if it gets any lower i'll go to the docs, the aero chamber that i have is absolute crap, i preferred the Volumatics but they have discontinued them now

i can blow 400/450 usually, the doc has always told me if it goes below 250 go see someone, i'm keeping an eye on it anyway
