Johnstons the baby range do a camomile bath which really makes you tired!

Oh well slinky don't use it unless you want to become a widow.
I haven't heard of anyone allergic to lavender oil......it is one of the safest oils going.
Kiki is right you could try Chamomile.......but don't go for the oil it is really expensive.

You have now. I remeber sitting in his mates livingroom one day and his mates girlfriend was spraing something on her hair. I never gave it a second thought. After about 5 minutes hubby said ''what you spraying in your hair'' in between splutters and she said ''lavender oil''. He said he knew it was and ran outside. He said his chest was sooooooo tight it felt like someone was saton it (so I got off) lmao no seriously he always has been allergic to it since being young.

I found staying up till after 4am on AccyChat helped me sleep until just about 7.30am when my 3 year old decided it was time to wake me up.

I have this habit of staying up late playing Grand Theft Auto III.

I just don't notice the time go, and before I know it, it's 1am!

I am normally asleep quite soon after that!

You can have too much sleep as well as not enough,anybody know how much sleep we are suposed to need?,If I'm lucky I get 6hrs kip! Some people would stop in bed all day!:)
