GHD Hair Straighteners

Are they worth the money??

I really want some but am having trouble justifying the cost of them.

I've heard both good and bad things about them.

What do you think?

Mimi has some and she reckons they are better than any other straighteners she has had.

They are the most fabulous invention ever!

I cannot praise them enough.....I couldn't do without mine, no other straightener even comes close to doing as good a job as these do.

I would pay twice the amount they cost for mine....they are absolutely invaluable.

They are overpriced poor quality. I have repaired these in the past and for the money they really should be made to a higher standard.

I have 2 pairs of straighters... 1 pair of £60 ones and a pair of £8 wilkinsons ones...... the £8 ones are better i think it depends on your hair type, next time you get your hair cut go somewhere that has ghd's and see if you like the result.

Maybe if your hair is quite fine and not very curly then the cheaper ones would suffice.

My hair is like wire wool. If I wash it and leave it to dry naturally I end up looking like Mel B.

I've tried cheaper straighteners...they don't get my hair straight. I just end up with hot frizz.

GHDs rock in my opinion!

I hope not cos mine are the mk IV

Have had them a yr-ish

They come with a 2 year guarantee tho, which is good

I would definitely go out and buy another pair as soon as mine break!
