Re: iPods

Sorry, I don't off the top of my head,

I assume you have checked to see if it responds when connected to your PC? If it connects to iTunes OK it may just need teh OS restoring. Apple do an application that restores it. You willose all music stored on it though

Re: iPods

Just got this from carphone warehouse's site
"Ipod's

If an ipod develops a fault you should try trouble shooting the problem first by visiting www.apple.com or calling Apple Technical Support on 0870 876 0753. If the fault is confirmed and the ipod is less than 28 days old, it may be exchanged or refunded. If the ipod is more than 28 days old, you must arrange a repair with apple through the website or by calling the number above"
THIS is a page about ipods not turning on
And THIS is apples support page for ipods

Hope these help

Re: iPods

Sara I had a recent problem with the lads ipod mini, which had frozen and wouldn’t switch on or off.

The first thing was to slide the “Hold” button on top on and off and then press the Start and Menu Buttons at the same time to reset it. It might take a couple of attempts to get it right but it should work……
