I remember a meeting we had about this blue box scheme.  They told us that they didn't come with lids as it increased the cost....... ???

At the time we thought it was a bad idea as all the items would just fall out.

Next we will hear that wheelie bins are a fiver on a car boot.  We haven't got them yet but I look at it this way if they will pinch three carpets left for the council which were stinking then we have no chance with the wheelies
