"internet explorer has encounted a problem and needs to close.
we are sorry for the inconvenience, if you were in the middle of something.........".Bla bla bla.....

why does this happen?...is it them or my computer?
its so bloody annoying!!!!!!!!!!!

also is it worth sending the error report or should i not bother?

Re: error....

stop using IE

Opera, Firefox are much better.

Its likely to be a dodgy dll but tracking it down is pretty much impossible.

Firefox is the way forward!

It is so much more reliable than Internet Explorer, and it's faster. You can get a lot of cool addons to go with it aswell.

Re: error....

Download it from

Firefox web browser | Faster, more secure, & customizable

When you install it and open it it will ask you if you want to import all your favourites/passwords etc.

Press yes and everything you have on internet explorer will be moved onto firefox.

You will still have IE though, unless you delete it.. Obviously.

Re: error....

Yes, but when you first open firefox up it will ask if you want to make it the default browser, as long as you say yes then it will be at the top of your start menu with internet written next to it.

I suppose you could also try installing IE7 if you want to us IE instead, but my recomendation would be to use firefox.
