Orange Broadband

My sister is thinking of buying a new pc and wants to know will her internet connection work automaticly when she connects the modem or will she have to contact her ISP to reinstall.

I have no idea how it works myself.

Re: Orange Broadband

is it a livebox or just a USB modem?

It depends on the answer to this as to how much she will need to do, Livebox should work fine, modem she will probably need to create a new dialup connection. There is no need to ring Orange though, she can do this by herself.

When it was Freeserve it was good then it was Wanadoo and it was OK then it became Orange and they didn't give a fig, poor service all round and don't get me started on what happens when you try to leave them.
