xbox is far better used to have a gamecube the games arent challenging enough and mainly aimed at kids even though the likes of mario highly addictive but you cant get games like gotham racer or pro evolution 4 on the cube

i just bought my son an xbox for xmas, there isnt any other machine i would choose, dont forget with a tweak here and a tweak there technically its upgradable. its like a small pc in a little box using a NVIDIA geforce 3 chipset
i wonder if they will make a version of half-life 2 for it

Xbox's are by far the better machine. GameCubes are definatley aimed at the kiddies more than anything. And I wouldn't even spit on a PS2 if it was on fire.
 Poodle, I may be mistaken on this, but I think Half Life 2 is being saved for the Xbox 2 which is allegedly due out next year. Of course they will probably change the dates as they always do.

never played half life 1 wouldnt mind a ps2 just for pro evo 4 as theres a big competition on at moist in blackburn coming soon but im out of touch on pro evo now need for speed got to be best xbox game looking forward to playing the new one just released

half-life 2 on my pc rocks , been playing it since it came out two days ago along with the new counterstrike, of course if you dont have a dvd rom or internetconnection then there is no playing it for you :P

ive had both these consoles and my xbox just kept breakin so i just gave up
ive still got my gamecube
