basically yes :confused:.... 1st place get automatic entry and 2nd place have to play a qualifier...dont know whats funny bout that ??

no worse than the top 4? in your league all playing a qualifier for the champs league - it does kind of detract from the name of the tourney - champions league...I do believe it will eventually become a midweek seasoned euro league..
with uefa allowing the top 4 to play for a place from the big leagues just now its only a matter of time before they split it and run with a 2 group set up - top euro clubs in one and the best of the rest in the other..

at the end of the day we are never going to agree on who's team is the best and what ever leagues has the better opportunities/more cash/ etc - this thread has 7 pages and goodness knows how many views and 106 replies...which aint bad going really but this could ramble on and on for ever so this will be my last reply to this thread and to prove I aint a disgruntled gers fan I shall leave karma to blackburn raver and cashy to say cheers for the banter on this particular thread..

Having worked in Glasgow city centre for a couple of years, when there was an Old Firm match the place sometimes seemed more like a war zone.

The only time Celtic and Rangers will get on is to support Scotland.

They can then unite in hatred against the Sassenachs.:D
