Just read that Mani the Parakeet, working out of Singapore has predicted a Dutch victory:confused: Because my hopes are for the Orange, I think I'll change my mind and go with the bird:mosher: This will be better, because Canada has strong ties with the Dutch. They didn't get a chance to kick German ass (like the Canadians did in Holland in WW ll:theband:), but I'm hoping for a victory over the Spanish, whose only connection with Canada has involved being arrested for fishing in Canadian territorial waters.:mad:

I'd sooner see Uruguay win than the Germans but I reckon the Hermans will take Third, But for Winners HUP ORANJE HUP, got to be the Dutch :joint: :alc::thumbsup:

Which side are you watching it on ITV or BBC, its the Beeb for me, at least they won't dash of for an ad break just before the kick off, and I hate Jim thingamajig whining on every two minutes

This must have been the worst world cup, ever. Totally pathetic. I did not even bother watching the final - I went out down the road and watched the traffic lights change - far more exciting.

Lets just hope it does not happen in Africa again for a long, long time.
