Re: World Cup Thread
seems to me some of em have been complaining there bored etc, probably cos there used to pleasing themselves under recent england managers?,now they have to behave like professional footballers there sulking, if the line up fer Algeria during the national anthem is owt to go off, what capello should do after this world cup, is boot all the clever gits into touch, n keep what few aint, n introduce young uns to the team, who are hungry fer sucess, not just expect it, then start wi a team that knows the score from the word go, thats my theory anyway.

Re: World Cup Thread
In the real world Capello can't afford to drop Terry.. seems to me if there is any "revolt" by the England players Terry is at the helm.. I've said before Gerrard is one of our better players but he is not a leader.. some of the players stick their gobs in but Gerrard keeps stum.. if I was the captian ...Terry ...or any jack head would be on the way home by now.

dont look good for the french team .. getting beat 2-0 by south africa .. mind you with nicholas anelka being sent home due to arguing with the manager ... the players not turning up for training ... what else can go wrong ...

Re: World Cup Thread
As soon as the French starting their petty whinging & refused to train they should've been sent packing there & then - with the Irish team replacing them in the tournament.
Really enjoyed seeing them beaten again last night & sent home with their tails between their legs - well done South Africa. |
