Come to think of it that is a good point!!..
There are a few reseviors up there, these are known as mitchel house.

I thought Mitchell House reservoir was on the other side of the road (ie on the left heading towards Winfields. These presumably are on the right as Accrington can be seen beyond. We live and learn.

It's quite a while since I was up t'Coppie.

Your right Gobsmacked they are on the other side. These are taken from beyond there,looking over towards Dunnockshaw. Accrington does look surprisingly close!
