there is a Brit movie due out later this year about Joe Meek the 'British Phil Spector' who produced the Tornados and other groups singers of that era

Joe Meek produced literally hundreds of great records in his makeshift studio in his flat above a shop in the Holloway Road...like this one...

On 3 February 1967, using a shotgun owned by musician Heinz Burt, Meek murdered his landlady before turning the gun on himself. Aged only 37, he died eight years to the day after his hero, Buddy Holly.

So, yeah, Phil Spector! Not my sort of music. How about Boom Boom?
