Chippy tea.. anyone else like/ heard it ?

You can hear it here

THE LYRICS:
Well it’s the end of the working week
I’m rushing back home quick
I’m starving, I’m fair klempt tha knows
I could eat a buttered brick
I need stodgy food without the fuss
Then’t wife gives me a plate o’ cous cous
I said I’m sorry love,
I wants a chippy tea
Chippy Tea Chippy Tea
I wants a chippy tea
But you keep gee’in me posh nosh
It dunt agree wi’ me
I don’t want lobster thermidore
Wi’ a raspberry coulis
I’m a working man
from Lancashire
And I wants a chippy tea
Its dark when I set off to work
I’m dark when I come wom
And all I want is simple food
Not Dim Sum from Ken Hom
Her inspiration’s Ready Steady Cook
Am I eating it?
Am I ????????
Its Friday night
I wants a chippy tea
Chippy Tea Chippy Tea
I wants a chippy tea
But you keep gee’in me posh nosh
It dunt agree wi’ me
I don’t want lobster thermidore
Wi’ a raspberry coulis
Its Friday Night
I’m within me rights
To want a chippy tea
”aaand in the red kitchen William has prepared griddled squid with coconut pesto, Chilli jam aaaand an iced Cointreau custard.
“and in the Lancashire Kitchen, Bernard has brought back from the chippy; chips, pudding peas and gravy (wrapped), a carton o curry, barmcake and a can of vimto."
Wigan chippies they have babys yeds
In St Helens they serve splits
But thas giving me nouvelle cuisine
And all I want is chips
I don’t care if its one of Nigellas
(I think that’s a funny name for a fella)
I’m not eating it
I want a chippy tea ….one last time
Chippy Tea Chippy Tea
I wants a chippy tea
But you keep gee’in me posh nosh
It dunt agree wi’ me
You can keep your Jamie Oliver
And yer Go-o-ordon Ramsey
I’m a working man from Lancashire
And I wants a chippy tea

On a recent trip to Cleveleys I had a lovely fish and chip dinner with tea bread and butter in a cafe near the coast end of the main shopping street (think it was named 'Country....(something)' -only about £4

Paying £4 for a single fish up here at the mo. Even the price of chips is gonna sneak up as well from £1 for a small bag to £1:20 for one.
