I absolutely love that track! My friend's teenage daughter didn't believe us when we told her about it so I had to track down the album
online and show her.(mine was stolen long ago but that's another story)

Who did it originally? I know it was an oldie which was revived by The Cartoons but I can't think who it was by.

Sha Na Na were a great rock cover band in the main Lolly, saw em at a Crystal Palace Garden Party around 69, did a few of their own compilations but mainly covers,were a great "Live" band, in later years Showaddywaddy did a similar job but not half as well.

another dumb title "There Digging Up Fathers Grave To Build a Sewer" cant remember who but was from an Irish album. (folk/rebel)
