Saw Joe S & the Mescaleros at Brum Academy sometime last year. I hadn't heard anything by them, and wasn't expecting much but they were fantastic. Really tight and a lot more innovative than anyother ska punk ive heard. Nothing compared to simon and garfunkel tho...

Listening to a cd called 'Fantastic number 1's of the seventies' there's all sorts on it.. T rex, Alice Cooper, Tubeway Army, Bay City Rollers, Mungo Jerry it's bringing back some childhood memories..

For the rest, only because it was used for a Clark's shoes advert.
