Lol Valairian. Was convinced I'd blown it! What a fantastic win. I actually feel confident we'll stay up for the first time in ages. Roll on Burton.

Re: 2012 Prediction League; Game 41 v Wycombe (away)

Thankfully, 3 heroes responded to D3N’s call and voted against us at the last minute, satisfying the reverse psychology requirements for a win against the odds – correctly predicted by 19 of us stupid optimists , of whom 3 got it absolutely right to pick up 5 points. 10 fence-sitters (aka mildly optimistic realists) went for the draw.

It seems unlikely, but those in total agreement that we would win 1-0 were myself, Cashman and Dav007 . If we three can agree on something, the playoffs must still be a possibility .

Anyway, at the top of the table, only Teach and LongLostSon from the Top 10 cleverboxes backed us, picking up 3 points each . Ossy Kid, Val and Nige B each salvaged a bonus point, so no relative change amongst the Top 3, but Teach is level on points with Nige in 3rd now, though still behind on countback.

With Dav007’s triumph hauling himself up to 50th as the week's big mover , the attached tables only show the Top 50, as no-one from 51st down has played more than 5 times, most only once.

Roll on Burton - On Stanley On!!
