Prediction depends upon player availability, therefore team selection and formation.....
So, I am leaving my prediction until after ‘Line Ups’ have been announced...

Re: 2020/21 Prediction League; Game 36 v The MK Dons (away)

Valairian Makes His Move

Being one of only two players to pick up four points on a maxi-free day was enough to lift Val from 9th up to 5th, level on points with Watchdog and myself but behind on countback. The other four-pointer fell to Rosey, his first points coming in his second game and moving him from =31st (and last) up to =29th.

Five other pragmatists voted for a Dons win for whatever reason, and collected 3 points in the process. This didn't shift Tommy McQueen up from 24th , but the others all progressed, namely Monkey Hanger (13th to 11th), Taypot (17th to 14th), Kiwi John (20th to 17th) and LongLostSon (26th to 25th).

For the rest of you, if you thought we'd be scoring two and winning you got a point , for the scoring two bit. Enough for Watchdog to steal my third place on countback , and for Outback Ozzy and StanleyJosh to maintain their leads over him (69 plays 62 plays 60). And enough for Choirboy to hold his 16th place, being overtaken by the rising Taypot but seeing Ossy Kid go by in the opposite direction. Otherwise, no change that I've spotted, other than people losing places as a result of the pragmatists' progress.

I don't think I'll bother commenting on the game itself .

So, roll on the Black Moggies. Sunderland - in a league fixture. Who'd ever have thought that would be something that might happen 3 seasons running? Not to mention twice in 5 weeks ......

On Stanley On!!
