IMHO it will not rain until lunchtime on saturday. The temperature will also drop at that moment in time to around 60 degree and the wind will pick up giving an extra wind chill factor of minus 10 degree. I'm going on holiday around that time.

Won 1-0 - one of the triallists from range. To be fair though, Toddy, G.R and Andy Mangan all wasted gilt edged chances - crowd of 735 give or take a couple. Stadium announcer was inaudible all game. From a personal point of view, although Blackpool came with a strong side as well as some triallists, I do not think Accy have anything to fear about league 2 if that is the standard of league one teams. Rory his usual self, until Gary Roberts showed him how to do it in the second half, did not like that one bit and almost got booking/red card for it - taken off couple of minutes later. Paul Mullin played the first half of the match and looked a little ring rusty but now doubt the shooting boots will return to normal sooner rather than later. A stroll on a sunny summers evening not the most exciting match to watch, but the right result

What you wasn't there?

1 - 0 Stanley. I can't remember who put it away. For a good evening well spent. Only 700 plus on the ground with some very strange folk with Tangerine shorts on. :)

I will be popping down to Bloomfield Road Tomorrow to ask them to sign my poster....:D :D :D

Wish I'd have seen this post before I set off tonight I could have popped in the Crown before going to the ground, never mind.
Macca I was looking out for you tonight to congratulate you on the green away strip joke.:)

sorry but a lot on at the moment so couldn't make it. Good result then against a decent side. Roll on Chester.

Roberts couldn't show Rory anything. He's literally not in the same league. Coleman wouldn't have got rid of Rory if he could have picked up a scouse accent.

On a lighter note Rory says that he would be surprised if we don't at least make the playoffs this season.

It may well have been in the Evening Telegraph, but it aint on the fishy site, so as far as I am concerned he's still on trial. However, if he has signed a deal then fair enough

Are you joking? Even Rory said himself he wouldn't get in the team instead of Gary last year. Gary looks sharp and everytime he has the ball this preseason the defenders don't know what to do except back off and you feel something is going to happen, as for Rory, Ventre had him in his back pocket..
