Congratulations on survival. Glad to see you're still with us ( Bury FC ) and we're still with you.
Nailbiting or what?
See you all next season.

Here we go again ....

That's celebrating with the glass half empty. With my glass half full, I reckon survival is due to the quite remarkable competence of those at the top to keep the show on the road with knack-all resources and knack-all support from a disinterested town (contributors to this board of course excepted)

WAY HEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What a day/night and I'm still buzzing albeit with a bit of a muggy head :D

Well done to the lads and all the fans who were there yesterday...what a match, with my stomach churning for most of it...but who'd have thought safety would come from such a fantastic winning proccy goal...superb :)

Great chatting to many of the lads after the match and I can confirm that Godwin's chest feels as good as it looks

Great sing song later in Oaklea and of course the obligatory winning dance with squaddie :D

All in all a very enjoyable day, followed by a very enjoyable night ;) ...now where's those paracetamols

Pity I could not join in the celebrations after the game - a long drive back to Bristol so I could not have a real drink but still a fantastic atmosphere in the bar. And speaking of fantastic, I cannot think of a better word to describe the support at the FES - and my record there is still intact!

I'll be at MK next Saturday.

Can anyone who was at the FES yesterday sympathise with this statement by Ray Matthias of Macclesfield?

"Accrington weren't any better than us but it was them who were celebrating League safety. It should have been us".

Moaning git! So he thinks the surface wasn't conducive to playing good football - newsflash Mr Mathias - it was the same for both teams. And Paul Ince decided not to come on cos it wasn't a game for midfielders, who was it scored two of our goals, Andy Proctor - midfielder:p. Ince didn't put himself on cos he's now too old to make any impact on a game and was probably scared of the reaction he's get from the crowd after his tantrum at their place after Mangy scored.
