get the kids on the float!!!!!!!!

Well KSH? its up to you mate. Half a dozen or so there but Jase has said he will put bodies on the float - just haven't been able to get hold of him in the past few days to confirm.

I've got a few people who can set up the OSC stall so I'll man the float as well.

Does that give us enough people?

I'll rope a few in on the day I am sure.

I'm happy now there seems to be a bit of interest, we'll keep it, just hope the people who said they'll help turn up

Me and the two little maccas, Squaddy, Red Osbornello, Danny and Harry (you were drunk last night but agreed and signed up nevertheless) and I am sure that we'll collar a good few that week. John Timmins?

Everybody who is coming, could you please (as far as possible) wear your workclothes and a Stanley scarf. I want to show the diversity of the fan base as much as possible. Also Fraser the Eagle is unavailable that day due to the annual migration to sunier climes, but the suit is available to anybody who would like to dress up?

PM me if anybody else is interested and would like to get involved
PM me if anybody is interested in being Fraser for the day. What you doing that day Diesel?

Hi macca, have just spoken to my friend (its Lucy) and she is up for being on the float with me! Yipeee.

Everybody who is coming, could you please (as far as possible) wear your workclothes and a Stanley scarf.

I wouldn't be allowed to wear my work-clothes, I dont think the airline would think it "appropriate" - although I could maybe knock a pretend uniform together - as long as it didnt relate to my company etc etc. Also Lucy is a nurse ;) She said she should be able to wear hers...

You have probably just increased the male element of people volunteering to be on the float now :D

Mission accomplished then!!! The more help we have the better ;) And Macca if I did wear my "real" uniform would have to wear it in its entirity minus the Stanley Scarf so will def try and come up with something else instead.

BUMP

And also ......

Jase has finally come up with an idea that he is excited about but won't tell me. The wagon will be in the assembly area from 7am (details to follow) so could as many people as possible start arriving from that moment onwards to help 'dress' the float. If you can't be there that early, please ensure that you have arrived by 9:30am at the latest. Also waiting on confirmation from Zero whether Celtic Cross will be strutting their stuff on the float. If anybody has an excess of red balloons they don't need (or want to buy and donate) could you please post on here.

Bodies definitely required, young or old, male or female - just proud to be from Accrington (or honorary) and willing to display their Stanley affiliation.

This year we won't be doing the chucking out of sweets or balloons etc but we aim to have as good a do as possible, get as many people involved as possible, and gear up for the mother of all floats next time out.

To everybody who has helped us this year thank you very much but can we have one final push?

To everybody who hasn't helped but would like to have done, this is your last chance for this season.

To everybody who hasn't helped, didn't want to help, and has no intention of helping - please give us a loud cheer as we go past you.

Could all those planning on being on the float please, as far as possible, wear your workwear and a Stanley scarf. It is not terribly important but would help towards the overall theme of the float.

Now then, where are all the Ultra lads? :idunno: we need your noise and numbers please

Macca if you want me there at 7am then someone will have to come and pick me up cos theres no buses leaving here till after that time. Also you'd best put a bed on that float so i can then fall asleep i dont do 7am's tis against my religon - there is only one 7 o'clock in the day and thats pm!
