all weather pitch
does anybody else think we would benefit from an allweather pitch.allsports do a tried and tested one just think of the benefits no postponed or abandoned games hire it out when stanley arent playing the benefits are endless even start seven aside leagues attract people to the fes allow the youth teams etc to train there does anybody else have an opinion:confused:

The afternoon was really dragging for Walter. His first post had ended with ridicule being heaped on his head and he still had time to kill until the other patients came back from their day out. There was only one thing for it - start another pointless post...

Might be a better idea if the league allowed all weather pitches otherwise you might find every home game being postponed :)

There are I believe 3 teams in next season UEFA Cup who will be playing on artificial pitches so there is some movement but I think it will be quite a few years before they are accepted here again on a wide scale. I think I still have the burns from playing a works match at Deepdale about 20 years ago on the Astroturf :D |
