With Your Pleas For A 'team Bonding' And My Suggestion That A Sports Psychologist Might Help To Motivate And Sharpen Up The Team's Application Towards What Is Really Needed On The Pitch....not Only Are We Back To A Thread Which Has A Bit More Future, But A Vision Of A Club That Is Going Somewhere And Is Worthy Of The Support Of all It's Fans

As at previous times on this messageboard it's gone a bit pear shaped. Factions, imagined or real, have been castigated, smeared, maliciously misinterpreted, even lumped together as one big faction, or clique.

There have been generous responses from people who probably now wish they'd not wasted their time. But it bugs me why some people bang on with a very narrow point, repetition isn't arguement, and just alienates people, as has become apparent.

Then I heard this on the radio, " Any small sub-group is going to see itself as the saving remnant, it's how sub-groups work." :idea:

Maybe, I was missing the blindingly obvious in the first place.

A forum is a forum and can't, by it's very nature, be clickie(sic). If the majority happen not to agree with one contributor that's democracy, not anything more sinister. Shoulders and chips come to mind?

Actually, just driven through Whalley, honest, and there was this solitary figure outside the De Lacy Arms.
Made me feel sad, on the other hand I wasn't going to stop. ;)
