Don't forget that this is the man who recently used his property advertisment in the Observer, to berate people for being 'too greedy', in respect of their house valuations. A bit rich, considering it was his company that helped hike up prices in our area. Perhaps the predicted property slump has just made him a tad grumpy.

Even though he says in the article he isn't a fan of the club, I think it would have been good manners to address his concerns to the club first, instead of the press.
