So I assume that with a gate of 410 this evening, the new seats will be a little later arriving than Eric anticipated? :o

He looked well worth a shout to me. Ryan had some good runs and pots on goal - in fact we actually threatened their goal a few times! The two young subs in the second half up front (from the academy?) gave it a good go and looked more likely to score than anyone else we have to choose from.

that andrew smith came on in second half looked good had few shots one just hitting crossbar! grant played well tonight some good crosses and some good runs down the wing, we just need to be better at free kicks! i thought we played very well tonight better than burnley game anyway

8 clubs since 05-06!!!!! must be something about him.

He has impressed me whenever I have seen him play but his gypsy ways may see him moving on again.

Eh? I was urging him all night to take a man on instead of getting rid of the ball like hot potato.

Thought it was a good pre season performance.

To beat any team 3 - 0 without breaking sweat must be pleasing. :o

We conceded a lot of goals last season and we went on and on about trying to sort that out. So with 3 days to go to the start of the new season and in our last warm-up game, we start off with 3 of the same 4 that we all moaned about last time around. Makes you think eh? ;)

Think it was the Stanley vs Swindon game,I sat behind a scout from Sheffield Utd,who was watching him.For some reason, our big solid defenders at the time, couldn't cope with him.

Asked Coley about that number 10 last night, you are spot on its Onabuji or however you spelt it and he has come from Cambridge. I mentioned to Coley he looked knackered after an hour but apart from that he wasnt too bad - Crouchy-esque. Coley said that he hadnt been playing regular which is why he was knacked after 60 mins.

What did people think of Evertons number 7, JP Kissock btw? Coley told me he used to teach the lad at school - bet it wasnt football :D Im probably looking too much into it but I think we might be interested...

I think we would be better off with Evertons number 9 last night though if anyone...

Very disappointed to see the behaviour of some of the travelling kids last night especially as the whole event was meant to be a fundraiser but with the help and advice of the fans stood watching it the VOLUNTARY stewards managed to collar one of em at least and retrieved most of what was taken. They could have been carrying anything nowadays so couldnt directly get involved and which is why Mick and his volunteers did a sterling job last night and thought it was worth a mention on here - apart from that, had a good night despite the result.

Yes I encountered a car full of Sheff Utd fans at that match as well. There was a bit of banter over my allegiance to their rivals.

When we lost possession for their goal it was one of our then midfielders playing very deep who lost it and he ran virtually the length of the field.
