If we can play like this every week, then the faithful would have nothing to moan about, it sounds like we acquitted ourselves well tonight. Why the hell Robbie Williams ever plays I do not know (one of the chosen sons?). Lets hope Mad howling Murdock is fit for Saturday.

I've been back about 15 minutes, but what a good night it was in the Midlands.
Ok, so we conceded 3 goals and rode our luck all night, but every player on the pitch tonight gave 100% for the Stanley cause and I can't ask anymore than that. There's no doubt that Wolves were the better side and we were under pressure throughout, but the passion shown by the players was first class. Rocky actually had a good game and he had to go as the last man, but I think everyone in the ground felt sorry for him when he saw red. |
