Just spoken to Kenny Arthur.. he got injured first half against Lincoln and has haemoraged his kidney.. he is well enough in himself.. its not life support stuff :)

I will forward all get well message from here to him.

Hi KP,i heard the rumour that kenny was injured in the first half but that the club doctor had said he was fit to carry on.If thats the case then the club doctor is at fault for letting him carry on,why was he not substituted at half time.I'm not saying it would have changed the result but ?,i for one wish kenny a speedy recovery,he's a great character and i hope he's back between the sticks soon.

Was rushing but I must add.. it was by email I spoke to him.. so he is well enough to be online in some way or another :) But he is bleeding and they wont let him out until it stops.. which again.. probably sounds worse than it is. although i wouldnt fancy being in that condition this close to crimbo :(

I've had a couple of messages off kenny this afternoon and he's hoping they'll let him out of the hospital in lincoln tommorow. Right now he's just bored stiff so I directed him onto here to have a look at this thread.

Get your messages in people he needs plenty of reading material!!!!

Spoke to Schultzy a few minutes after Kenny was put in an ambulance and told me what was wrong but he asked me not to post anything on here but I suppose its now ok to. Just to clear up something posted earlier, it was Kenny's decision to play on, not the club doctors. You know how stubborn these footballers are - if their leg isnt dropping off they want to carry on :)

Just got back from a game and kenny says same as to others ..hopefully out tommorow and adds the layoff will be probably weeks not months...
