It looks like some fans are getting disillusioned with Accrington Stanley they have put there next years season tickets up for sale in Wilkinson's on one of there notice boards i think there is 2 tickets £150 each :o
sorry did not get more details

Profiteering in its poorest form.
Besides they won't have the tickets for sale anyway, so then it's fraud.

Maybe it's Stanley that's put them there? It's innovative advertising :D

Is that the one with the dark side-swept hair and a little moustache?

That's the one goes by the name Adolf but as ddevil2006 mentions he wears glasses, I was hoping Clayton Red would help me out on this.

Blackburn Rovers slash season ticket prices to start from £199 which works out at just £10.47 a game, a massive £100 reduction from last year, and offers a minimum of 12 free games compared to buying single match day tickets.

From today's Bulls News - Accrington have sold 700 season tickets so far, up from 400 last season and barely 100 the year before.

Don't know where they got that from, but sounds about right.

Cheers for that, Stanley hopeful over attendance increase (From Lancashire Telegraph)

Don't share Rob's optimism, but maybe things are changing. ;)

It's great to see Rob being proactive and saying that the club has to go out and get the supporters. This is the frame of mind that is needed. We should also note his words about seeing good football. That is very important.

Thanks for that Oggy and Sparkie, question is at 700 has it worked?? I think not as most of them would have got one anyway, so we have knocked about £50 off and given some back in vouchers, but not increased sales greatly. Lets just hope that the extra sales are new sales, which will inturn grow the gate :):) On the back of these figures I would urge the club to think about a deal for ST holders of our premiership neighbours, in a bid to get them to turn up for a dozen or so games each over the season.:):)

Re: Season tickets 09/10

thats a good idea.

The thing we need to learn here is that to a degree the season tickets offers will have worked. Look at what we did right regards marketing and then double/triple those efforts next season on the launch weekend.
