Heres the full list, all to be heard within about 2 hours, would have thought they are just making sure we are sticking to the agreement and have paid on time etc.

Re: Looks like some bad news
the hearing started at 10'30 and by dinner time we may not have a football club
it all depends on how the HMRC want to play but The Don has accepted the offer made by ASSF to provide the funds to clear the debt. It is by no means categoric but the upshot will be that ASSF will become the majority shareholder at ASFC very shortly. If the grim reaper allows it. There will be time for repercussions later but for now it is cross everything time. |
Re: Looks like some bad news
So what happened to the agreement to pay it off monthly

Is that the plan then, get 8 week to find the funds - ie the important fund raising  |
Re: Looks like some bad news
the 8 week adjournment will give us the necessary time to sort ASSF as the majority shareholder. This was crucial to the court hearing.
The club plays on .... |

Who said being a Stanley fan is like a rollercoaster ride? They were right! I was sitting here five minutes ago, happy about last night and cautiously optimistic for the future. Now, I'm all of a tis-was again!
