No

It was the sportman's dinner held to raise funds for Pioneer 79 Swimming Club, with a percentage donated to SOS. In the end we rounded up the sum to £1k. I've been trying to upload a picture of Barry Fry donating a 'big' cheque to Rob Heys - unsuccessfully!

The real cheque was presented to Rob at half time during the Bournemouth game.

Yesterday's LT.....

When asked the timescale of the payback and whether O’Neill would be in the High Court on Wednesday, he said: “I don’t want to go (to London).

"All the bank transfer will be done on Tuesday."....

It's now 15:40 Tuesday the 27th of October !!....

Has it ???...or is he going ?? (To the Metropolis I mean!!).

Re: "Save Our Stanley"

"The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. We are Stanley."...

Should this read... "The Harder the Conflict, the more inglorious will be the Capitulation " ?...

But wouldn't you have thought that Someone...Somewhere...would have taken the time to give a real and honest appraisal of the situation to the Fans ,Donors, and everyone who has really made a supreme effort over the last Month...who deserve so much more, and so much better, than a few miserable words on the Fishy Site ??..

It is just not Good enough !!...it smacks of a total loss of Personal and Corporate Integrity....and it will, if it has not done so already, alienate many Good Supporters of The Stanley for a long time to come!!...( Irrespective of the possible largesse shown by HMRC tomorrow!)

I am now lost for words !!

O'Neill is someone I don't know personally, but I do know that Rob is as Stanley through and through as I am ---- and I defy any newcomer upstart to say I'm not!

Sorry Oldgobbin, he may be Stanley through n through, as maybe Oneil, n the late E.W.that does NOT make em Fit N Proper Persons to run a football club.:(
