Firstly, thank god the majority of Accrington people do not share your negativity..... for every 1 of you there are 10 more who are possitive.....

Secondly, I take great offence to you branding the people who work at stanley "unexperienced kids", both the men and women who work behind the scenes of the business are very capable of working under a great deal of daily pressure and work long hours for a very basic wage, the senior chairman in any company has the last word and therefore they are only doing their jobs, for which a little credit wuld not go a miss.....

Unfortunately the club wouldn't understand "positive marketing", even if you smacked them in the face with a 60 foot neon sign.

For gods sake, it took them 3 hours to decide where to put the "Golden Gate" at the Darlington match. Believe me, I know, I was there waiting to help them.

:) So come on then lets be knowing are you an employee or conected in some way to the CLUB!! you seem to know what their capable of and what PRESSURE THEIR UNDER:rolleyes: Everyone feels pressure of some form or another at work and yes their's as ours are no diffrent in meany ways. and if you re-read stanleycrap's post again hes talking about What it used to be like !! heres the other bit with your bit (Quote) Under Eric Accrington was a proffesional club in name only !
He employed unexperienced kids behind the scenes in key roles. Anyone he appointed with any experience usually had a very short stay.Eric liked to rule by fear and the more mature experienced employee was not likely to put up with his bullying.

Th reality is if you employ monkeys.....well you get mistakes.Mistakes like forms not filled in that nearly cost Stanley a points deduction and there precios league status.(unquote) so get down off your high horse and think first;)

Come on Mab, I think if you read Accycraps posts his ID is obvious. He has been one of the most staunch Stanley supporters for many years, and I am sure that his views are fuelled by genuine sadness.

Anyway, what about a takeover Accycrap - now that would be interesting!!!;)

We do not deserve to die! not one bit! We have been punshing above our weight for years now and coley has worked wonder's on the budget he had to bring players in and we have some class players at the club, Edwards, Ryan, Grant, Turner, Kempo, Winnard,Miles, Symes, Proccy to name a few! We will get through this and come out stronger and hopefully the club would of learnt from the mis-takes and will enter the play-offs this season or get very close.

Some people may feel I have been too brutal in my views about the club and its present situation.

I have been accused of hatred towards Stanley.

The fact is I hate whats happened to the club and I hate the people responsible.I do not hate Accrington Stanley ! I have invested 1000s of hours in the club and had much joy along the way ...too much to hate it.

The reality is I was involved in proposals to invest in the club at some in the not so distant past.That experience left such a bitter taste in the mouth I swore never to step foot in the ground as long as the current regime held power.

You may say Eric Whalley has gone but then maybe you should check your facts on that in terms of the intersts he still holds.

In my view the old regime is still in power and until that regime crumbles the club WILL NEVER PROGRESS. It will never attract new investors.

So if you are asking why I am bitter its because I know in reality this crisis could have been avoided. Certainly on the scale we are talking about.

I am not saying the stark realities of life will not always be there for Stanley but I am saying and I hope quite clearly that possibly the best thing for Stanley is the hardest to accept.

Sometimes you have to let things hit rock bottom in order to rebuild them.
