All of our new contracts - this season on - are pay as you play, if he got injured we would not be shelling out like we are for JM and LR (Both on old contracts!) It has been noted on here, in the past Symes has been injured regularly!! :)

I heard over the Christmas period that Blackpool have had Symes watched several times already this season. They`re very interested apparently. I would rather keep him on a longer contract with a buy out clause as others have said.

Both John Mullin & Leam Richardson must be on the new wage structure as there was only Paul Mullin & Sean McConville under contract during the summer.

Johns contract was triggered from previous season, so wages were the same. As for Leam not 100% on terms of his deal, but am 90% sure he is being paid well and has not played too many mins this season  :) :)

They were both new contracts though so I presumed they were made up with the new structure. I know it took a while for Leam to sign so it must be full of performance related pay packages. Can the oracle Mr T clear this up? :)
