It was probably me t'other day. Natalie was rushed off her feet (no complaints from this customer on that front) but sorted me out with a purchase by phone/card. As an exile, I've always found the backroom staff pretty helpful when I phone.

How's the weather looking? Do I need to bring a bath sponge tomorrow to help dry out the pitch?
