The guy on the PA system is currently urging each stand individually to "make some noise"

Makes me wonder what he'll do when he gets to the end where there's no stand and a car park...

Anyway, teams are in the tunnel

A Bournemouth long throw is headed away by Winnard, but it falls to Liam Feeney who fires it into the bottom right.

The goal seemed to happen in slow motion - Feeney hit it towards the corner and everything seemed to happen v slowly indeed. Dunbavin made an effort to get there but I'm not sure he stood a chance to be honest...

a hopeful ball over the top attracts Pitman who, wrestling with Edwards, races goalwards and gets a shot away which is saved by Dunbavin

Re: Bournemouth match thread

The verdict at the break:
not encouraging.
The game started very quietly indeed - little in the way of quality on display but Feeney's goal saw the home team take the impetus.
Bournemouth had two or three decent chances after they took the lead whilst Stanley have only mustered a scuffed Jimmy Ryan shot wide.
HALF TIME Bournemouth 1 Stanley 0

True. I just dont see how they think the same XI can play 90 minutes twice a week, its impossible simple as that.
