Date of the First Meeting regarding ASFC in Community Ownership
 

Calling all the FANtastic supporters and friend of Accrington Stanley

Can it be suggested the First Public meeting of everybody who has OUR club in their heart by held on Tuesday 14th of September, with a 7pm start??

I believe various venues could be made available, but I sure with the contacts people have on this site, we can firm up the venue very quickly.:)

Cashy and others, I think Mark has taken the initiative in coming up with a date that might work, and I am going to try and ensure that I get an answer tomorrow. As things stand at present sept 14 looks clear, but it depends now on whether we can get the venue. I will confirm tomorrow, and if, as I hope, the date works, then i look forward to seeing as many people there as possible.

Would somone like to volunteer to put together a "long list" of issues that should populate the agenda ? DOnt worry, if not, I will post a suggested agenda on this board in due course.

without being a smartarse i reckon a main issue should be "Winning back the trust of the local public."

Issues should be:

a) Seizing control

b) Interim consolidation

c) Future ownership models

d) Medium term financial rescourcing

e) Long term investment and sustainability
