I'm pleased for Rob. I think he was dragged down in the mire, hopefully he will show what he can do.

From what I understand from Ilyas's previous posts, the club is technically owned by creditors not shareholders

Technically, the club is owned by the shareholders; but as Ilyas has said, if the club owes more than the club is worth, then it is the creditors who call the shots. And that, quite simply, is what has happened today. One call...goodnight, Mr O'Neil.

I should have used the word effectively instead of technically, but at least you explained it better :D

In IK we trust, lets get this saga out of the road. Together we are Accrington Stanley. Just wish I was in Accrington at the moment.

Did any of you lot up there make any notes, record any speeches, take any piccys..in any way document the momentous events of today?

I'm stuck in the smoke and really peeved off about missing all this...as I guess are about twenty thousand other exiles.

Wow that really is out of the Blue or am I just slow:confused:

I really do hope that this can be a fresh start for everyone involved in the Club and be the start of new exciting things and our focus can move away from matters off the pitch and go back to doing what we as fans do best which is support "Our Team":)
