at the start of the season the fullbacks sat in and therefore you dont conceed many, after 6 or 7 games they were incouraged to get forward more , hence score more but conceed more, results dont lie, although its unbelieveable the oppositions shots to goals ratio, normally 20 shots you conceed 1 goal, Acci are nearly 2 shots 1 goal !!!! i predict there luck must change

Re: Southend Thread

A point away from home before the game started would have been a good point given the sending off possibly now an even better point?

It's stops the rot of League defeats now we have something to build on with a home game next Saturday followed by a short trip over the border, six points is what must be looked for, then a FA Cup weekend followed by three straight home games.

Results breed confidence & confidence breeds results

The Climb up the Table starts now

We lost the appeal against Peter Murphy's sending off. Not surprised to be honest. Looked awful on video.

What a waste of time appealing as it looked a definate red without question. Why on earth did they appeal? Must have cost some! Strange one.

If I'd been on the disciplinary tribunal he'd have got an extra game ban for a frivolous appeal. It was shocking challenge and something he must learn not to do.

If an opposition player had made a challenge like on one of our players we'd have gone mental about it. And rightly so.
