It depends on which forecast they look at. The BBC is considerably different to Metcheck, although both still have major overnight freezes Thursday/Friday & Saturday.

I think they will have a good idea Christmas Eve, and very unlikely to thaw out in time.

Just looked at one of their message boards and they don't seem too confident at the moment Guess they don't have undersoil heating.

I just know from my days of inspecting pitches how they can take one night to freeze and a week to defrost :)
