Re: Coley to quit over Cisak
Leighton McGivern!!!!!!!!!
John Miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!! well, Sean, if you think County are to be taken seriously then just look at those two particular signings and get your arse back to the Crown. I was thinking of lumping on County to bounce straight back up as Champions - but not on the evidence of that report |
Re: Coley to quit over Cisak
if mconville were to remain another season, continued to improve, like he did this season. the fact that jimmy ryan has gone, could make him more desirable to much better clubs than county,(no disrespect intended) thats a simple fact of life, hope being a scouser he grasps it.:D thats my thoughts on this matter.

Re: Coley to quit over Cisak
Could understand all the others going to higher league clubs, even in Joe's case to somewhere nearer his family & with better facilities but think Sean is making a big mistake signing for County.
Can even understand that the offer of double wages was extremely tempting & worth considering with a young family to support but I honestly thought that playing in the football league would win over cold hard cash especially now that Stanleys finances are back on track - I must be really naive! So Stockport are splashing the cash (even some of their own fans are dubious about where it's coming from) but even if their new fairy godfather does turn out to be kosher it doesn't guarantee a swift return to league football for them. Still, at least it will satisfy the 'he's only playing cos he's Jimmy's nephew' brigade - who knows, maybe the stick he's got about that has been part of the reason he's moved on when he got the chance to prove himself elsewhere?? |
