For 100 quid, exactly what would you get in return apart from a 'piece' of the club and an invite to the AGM's?

Offers on merchandise, tickets etc? should hope so for that much just for 1/9,999

Don't think there are offers with it. Not just an invite to the AGM but a chance to vote. Not much of a vote if your only one person with a view but collectively it could make a difference.

I think I'll throw £100 at one, but I don't expect to see it back ever. It's less of a financial investment and more of a local pride one. I just hope they've got their numbers right and they manage to sell enough of them.

Also, if 9,999 shares are being sold, is that 100% of the clubs shares?

Presuming Ilyas will buy alot of these shares then he is the major share-holder? or am i on the wrong lines

They are new shares, there are 11,800 shares already in existence

i want to buy 10 but not until i have some spare cash next march.
The question i have, what percentage of the club will each share own?
What is the current total of all the shares available?

I heard something on the telly or radio, saying that the 9999 new shares would make up around 80% of the total shares!!!! Just what I heard!!!! :)

In 2 years time that will probably stack up. The current 9,999 will be about 40% ( I'm not going to work out the exact figure :) ) of the total shares because the current issue is 11,800. Ilyas has said he is going to give his 42% ( ish ) of the current shares to those who buy the latest offer which will take the latest offer from 9,999 to around 16,000.
