I suspect that someone may lose a lot of goodwill if our current squad gets plundered ............. Sorry to see Hessey leave (shame, but not a tragedy); losing Kevin would be an altogether different issue

All we need is a tricky winger with a little pace and we'll rip Rochdale apart. ;)

It is not a surprise to see Coley coming in for players like Kev, Coley saw something to bring him to Stanley and Coley has to get it right quickly!!!!!!

Plus he will know what they were on at Stanley and will have a rough idea how much they are going to get offered to stay. Unfortunatley for us, all he has to do is offer that little bit extra.

Am sure Cooky & Leam will identify and bring in some hungry new talent once he knows who is staying and who is going.

Keep The Faith :)

Im estimating 8/9 players are new in the first XI on Day 1 of the new season :)

I must say I think Div3North hits the nail on the head when he talks about the dissipation of goodwill. If Coley starts to do a job of asset-stripping which, let’s face it, is exactly what he did with Ashton when he first came to us, then I feel he may be a little disappointed with the reception he gets when he brings Rochdale to the Crown. Fortunately I think Cooky and Leam may have sufficient contacts of their own to minimise the damage but I still think the situation has something of an unpleasant odour.:(

Its not a new situation Gobbin.

It is seen throughout the football League nowadays, just watch how many satanage players end up at Deepdale.

But I agree it isnt nice :(

Maybe in the squad for the game (incl bench), but surely we'll play more than 2 or 3 of this year's team at the beginning of the season ..........? :o

Well, now you've changed your avatar we might! :D
