How far away did this shot come from, O.O. ?

I was bending down, selling a Draw ticket to a spectator, when I heard a "wummph" followed by an "Oooooh!", and I just managed to turn round in time to see it sailing into the net.

On that basis, my very amateur assessment would place it at 28 + yards when it was struck. I demand an action replay !

ged's goal, along with the other five, will hopefully be shown on stanley tv in the sports bar before the match against canvey island a week on saturday...

yeah thats a good idea having them in the sports bar


but is ther a chance of at the end of the season a collection of all the best goals being put onto a DVD or video and put up for sale in the club house

all being well a half season highights video and dvd will be available in the stanley store ahead of christmas. part two will be on sale at the end of the season.
