I really couldent weigh him up. He looked great for 45 minutes against Newport on the opening day in the number 10 role.

But ever since he has looked way too lightweight.

Re: Transfer Window

Missed Newport, but seen most other games n never looked a Div2 player to me.very poor marker of a player, lightweight is a very apt summary to me.

My own personal view is you only use loans if they are better than what you have already got or a major injury crisis at this Level can't afford to carry players.

Re: Transfer Window

It's always worth loaning in Premier League and Championship youngsters as we won't have to pay any wages.

It's the League 1 + 2 one's I worry about.

Totally agree, to be fair to the lad it looked like he always gave his best but I think he's just nowhere near ready for this level.

I wonder if his surprising return to the team & imminent departure were linked in any way...to encourage him to stay?.....to fulfil a quota for Newcastle?..

Cant think why he was thrust in from nowhere when other players were preferred to him in recent weeks.

Anyone know when Miller due to return?

It does seem to be a regular occurrence that players particularly this season disappear off the Radar for whatever reason?

It would be interesting to know why?

Were players perhaps signed too early before JB was appointed?

Is FFP part of the bigger picture?
