my daughter phoned today to renew the family's season tickets and was informed you will have to come in and fill in application form and pay by cash or cheque and insisted there was no buy on-line, someone at the club needs to inform the people taking phone call the buy on-line option is available

A quick question - renewed my season ticket yesterday but forgot to ask about the free ticket for next week's game, anyone know how these will be distributed?

Good question, which I assume those who ordered online will also need answering.

They have been handed out on request rather than automatically. If you want one you need to ask for one to be left at the ticket office on Saturday, or collect one beforehand.

Strangely enough not everybody wanted one, hence the request rather than automatic. Goes to prove even if you offer free admission it doesn't always work, no wonder they can't please everybody with the admission prices :D

Thanks Dave, would have been good if the club had made that arrangement clear beforehand - will pop up during the week & collect one

It wasn't an arrangement, it just evolved that way by people not taking them :)

Bit of a chicken & the egg situation - maybe if people were asked & given the choice when they signed up there'd have been a bigger uptake of them? :rolleyes:

Not convinced the ticket is an incentive to most people, I think most will renew at the April price anyway. Personally I would have given them a 10% voucher for the club shop when you spend over £100 :D

Just renewed mine easy online great service 23 games for £9 and a chance to see Dunny in red hopefully.
